8. Returns Policy

You have the right to cancel your order from the moment you place your order until 7 working days after the day of receipt of your order. If you cancel an order you will receive a full refund as long as the item is returned in its original packaging unused. If payment was made by a credit or debit card the refund will only be made to the same card. Please ask for a proof of postage certificate when returning items to us, as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. Please note Cheshire Regalia will not pay for the cost of return postage. We cannot exchange or give refunds on bespoke regalia, special orders or pre-loved items, in this instance a restocking fee will be charged of 25%.
